After my father’s death in 2015, I searched for meaning and a way to process my conflicting feelings. I found The Life Coach School and it changed my life. In 2018, I was certified as a Life Coach through The Life Coach School.

In 2019, I became a Certified Caregiving Consultant through Caregiving.com, which is now CareYearsAcademy.com. I later became a Certified Caregiving Educator and Small Group Facilitator. I also work with new consultants on starting their small businesses.

Currently, I contract with several companies for Business Mindset Coaching and providing feedback and training on causal coaching strategies. I am available for 1:1 coaching, small group coaching, and speaking.
